Interface is not an ordinary academic journal or an ordinary activist magazine. We are developing a conversation between participants in and researchers on different movements, in different parts of the world, drawing on different political traditions and academic disciplines.

Because of this, we have a strong editing process, both for peer-reviewed and non-peer reviewed pieces. Please read our guidelines for contributors carefully before submitting articles.

Our editing process is organised by region and language, so our editorial contacts page can tell you who to contact with initial queries or to submit an article. We have a single book reviews process for English-language books; for reviews of books in other languages please contact the relevant editors.

You can find a list of books currently available for review here.
